Making the choice to work with Jules Hindman, sports nutritionist, has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I am a working Mom of two college age kids and have been married to my best friend for 26 years (who just happens to be a Type I diabetic). Putting my wants and needs first has never been something I have done easily, so making the commitment to work with Jules took a little bit of time for me, but I am so glad I did it.  Good Morning Boss! I wanted to take a moment to thank you for opening a whole new world for me. I decided to challenge myself to train and complete a marathon in 4 weeks. I had never run more than 20 miles and that was only once. I had a bad habit of not fueling correctly before my races, so I tend to tucker out towards the end when I needed the most energy. I knew I was going to need some HELP! So, then I threw a challenge your way: to come up with a 4-week fueling plan and I needed it in about 24hrs. No big deal! Lol!
